If voting rewards are not showing, first verify that your address actually has active votes and that enough time has passed since the last maintenance boundary. New votes and tiny TP amounts often look like “zero rewards” in UIs even when setup is correct.
VoteDesk reads on-chain/API data and displays errors instead of fabricating balances. “Not showing” is usually timing, scale, or a wrong address — not a silent wipe of stake.
Quick diagnosis
- Status → do you see active votes? If none, vote first.
- Did you just vote in this cycle? Wait for the next maintenance window.
- Is TP very small? Rewards may round to amounts UIs show as 0.000000.
- Try another read path (TronScan account reward fields) to compare — if both are zero, accrual has not landed yet.
- If votes exist, reward > 0, but Claim fails → cannot claim.
