In TRON voting UIs, brokerage (sometimes labeled broker rate) is the share of voter rewards retained by the Super Representative. A higher brokerage means voters receive a smaller portion of the reward pool attributable to that SR, all else equal.
Brokerage is not the same as APR. APR-like columns combine many variables; brokerage is one explicit SR-configured parameter you can compare on VoteDesk when TronScan returns it.
How to use brokerage when choosing an SR
- Compare brokerage next to rank and vote share — not in isolation.
- Remember Partners and Top 27 can show different reward dynamics.
- Treat missing brokerage as “unknown,” not zero.
